The LineShack Cabin will provide you with clean, comfortable, quality accommodations in a relaxing environment.
Rates
The LineShack Cabin rents for $75.00 per night for double occupancy. Additional persons are $10 per person, per night. A $75 Holding Deposit is required upon your Reservation being accepted.
Confirmation is required 7 days prior to your arrival.
Reservation Requests & Payment Terms
To check the LineShack Cabin Availability Calendar and/or to request a reservation: Check Availability Calendar & Reservation Requests. If the nights you wish to book are available, click on "Click To Reserve" on the screen and fill out the form. We will reply to your request to confirm your reservation as quickly as possible.
An 8% Room Tax will be applied to the total bill.
We accept cash, personal checks and travelers checks. Outstanding balances are due upon arrival.
General Rules
- Occupancy is limited to Registered Guests only. Absolutely no additional overnight visitors are allowed.
- No moving of furniture or decor inside or outside of cabin.
- For the consideration of the local residents, we ask that you be considerate of others during your stay.
- No Illegal Activities are permitted on property.
Cancellation Policy
Your reservation is a binding agreement for rental and you are obligated for the dates you have reserved. Cancellation of your reservation 7 days or less (except for holiday periods which include Presidents Weekend, Memorial Weekend, Fourth of July, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years, which is 21 days) prior to your arrival will be subject to forfeiture of deposit.
Holiday Periods, Rates, and Cancellation Policies:
President' Weekend, Memorial Weekend, Fourth of July, Labor Day Weekend. Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's require a 2 night minimum. Confirmation is required 21 days prior to your arrival during SPECIAL EVENTS or holiday periods.
Pets
Pets are allowed with prior consent. Due to the free roaming nature of the wildlife through the property, please keep a watchful eye over your pets.
Smoking Rules
The LineShack Cabin is a "non-smoking cabin". We respect the rights of smokers, but appreciate that you do not smoke in the cabin. We have provided facilities on the deck and ask that all cigarette butts be extinguished and placed in outside receptacles provided; no tossing or pitching butts on grounds or in the woods.
Check In Time
Our standard policy is that you may check into your cabin after 3 pm. However, should you want to arrive early, we will accommodate you as best as we can depending on previous guests and cleaning of the cabin. Please inform us if you plan to arrive late, so we can accommodate you.
Check Out Time
Check out time is 11 am, so that we may clean and prepare the cabin for incoming guests. We would appreciate your assistance in allowing us time to clean and prepare the cabin to the same standards we provide you and other guests.
Refund Policy
No refunds will be given due to equipment failure, poor road conditions, acts of God, inclement weather, or your early departure for any reason. At LineShack Cabin, we take pride in providing a comfortable atmosphere and will do everything possible to right any malfunctions.
Deposits/Damage Policies/Cleaning Fees
- Guests are responsible for and required to pay for any damage done to the cabin and its contents.
- A minimum fee of $30.00 will be assessed if EXCESSIVE cleaning is required.
Furnishings/Provisions
The LineShack Cabin comes with initial supplies; paper goods (may not sustain for your entire stay). The LineShack Cabin cannot guarantee mechanical appliances 100% of the time. If you have a problem, we will do our best to repair the malfunction as soon as possible, during business hours. The locked storage shed is reserved for storage and is not included in your rental. Guests must provide their own items for outside use such as picnicking. We are not responsible for items left in the cabin. With your rental, you assume full responsibility for cabin security and its contents.
